The Halina A1 is a TLR  Twin lens reflex camera manufactured by Haking. It has Halina Anastigmat 1:3.5 F=80mm C lens geared to Halina Viewer 1:3.5 F=80mm C lens with two-blade shutter with speeds B, 1/25, 1/50, and 1/100 sec.

Used, excellent working condition.
