Returns and cancellations
If you buy from Nicholas Cameras Online, you can normally cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
If you wish to cancel or return an item, please contact us through our Contact Us page before sending anything back.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, please return the item within 14 days.
Returning an item
Please return the item carefully packed and, where possible, using suitable tracked and insured delivery.
The item should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, together with any accessories or other items supplied with it.
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item where you have simply changed your mind, unless we agree otherwise.
We may make an appropriate deduction from a refund if an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and its value has been reduced.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received, we will process any refund due as soon as possible and normally within 14 days.
Where applicable, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery service. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, any refund of delivery charges may be limited to the cost of our standard delivery service.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Faulty or incorrectly described items
Our products are predominantly used photographic equipment and their condition may vary. We aim to describe and photograph each item clearly.
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
