You may request to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the item.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and quote your order number.
Returned items must be:
- complete with all accessories supplied;
- returned in the same condition as received;
- unused, other than any handling reasonably necessary to inspect the item;
- free from any new marks, damage or deterioration.
Where an item is returned in a condition different from that in which it was supplied, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Unless the item is faulty or not as described, the customer is responsible for return postage.
If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Many of our products are used, vintage or collectable. Cosmetic wear, age-related marks and specific defects that are clearly described or shown in the listing are not considered faults.
