These terms apply to purchases made through the Nicholas Cameras website.

Products and descriptions
We sell new, used, vintage and collectable photographic equipment. We aim to describe and photograph items accurately. Used items may show signs of age, wear or previous use, including any defects specifically described or shown in the listing.

Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where an item is unavailable, has been sold elsewhere, or where there has been an obvious pricing or listing error. Any payment taken will be refunded.

Delivery
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders promptly but delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds
Our separate Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all returns, cancellations and refunds and forms part of these terms.

Faulty or misdescribed goods
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Website information
We try to ensure that prices, descriptions and availability shown on the website are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. Product images form part of the description, particularly for used and collectable items.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
